What staff are available from Red Jacket Group?
We are a bespoke one-stop-shop for all your staffing requirements, both permanent and temporary.

How long does your staff registration take?
Our registration is a very important process for both us and you. We have a dedicated registration team that works stringently to our 766 employment procedures.

What quality procedures and controls do you have?

From experience we know that if you are going to do a job then do it well the first time, hence we are accredited with ISO 9001:2015 and full membership to the Recruitment and Employment Confederation.

How do you monitor staff efficiency and client feedback?
We offer a fully automated workforce platform that allows clients to monitor, give live feedback and authorise timesheets for temporary staff.

How do you track and monitor permanent candidates

Clients can also add required shifts straight on to our system from their computer or phone, or via our online app with no fuss.

What are your fees for the supply of permanent staff

We have a fixed fee of 10% and 100% Rebate for up to 100 days, called the Black Diamond Service.

Does Red Jacket Group provide staff with a uniform?
Yes, all Red Jacket staff that require a uniform will be provided with a Red Jacket tunic and ID badge.

How do I find out what staff are available?
There are several ways that you can check out available staff. via the Temp Buddy app or by calling our head office on 0333 355 9998. Alternatively.

How do I know that I have staff booked on a shift?
This is where we are way ahead of our competitors. Temp Buddy will notify you of all filled shifts straight to your phone, laptop, iPad or computer.

Can I give you shifts directly without using Temp Buddy?
Yes you can, either by calling our office on 033 355 9998 or by emailing directly to your client manager.

What is Temp Buddy?
Temp Buddy is our fully-automated workforce management platform.

What is a workforce management platform?
We have invested in to digital platforms to allow us real-time contact with you. Temp Buddy manages shift allocation and allows us to fill your shifts quickly and efficiently.

To which sectors do you supply staff?
We have a wide variety of temporary and permanent work available throughout the UK. We also have contacts in Western Europe and the Middle East.

How can I authorise timesheets?
Once registered you will have access to our workforce platform Temp Buddy. Alternatively, if you prefer hard copy timesheets, these will be supplied to the staff .

How do I know the timesheet has been received?
The timesheets will be sent to us automatically via Temp Buddy after you have verified the hours either by signing directly on to the staff’s phone or tablet, or by e-signing a verification form.

What constitutes a valid timesheet?
Red Jacket timesheets via Temp Buddy are automated but can still be edited by yourself. It only becomes validated once you have released it by signing or by online authorisation.

What is the deadline for submitting my timesheets?
The deadline for submitting your timesheets is 1pm on a Monday. If you are submitting via Temp Buddy then this can be set to send us the timesheet automatically at the end of the staff’s final shift that week.

What are your payment terms?
These depend on the type of supply agreement in place. Please contact your recruiting team for more information.
