There are many accreditations that a company can acquire. Here at Red Jacket, we believe the following two accreditations to be the most essential for our industry:
- Full members of REC (Recruitment and Employment Confederation)
- Achieving ISO 9001:2015
We are proud to announce that we have achieved both accolades successfully.
Recruitment and Employment Confederation
Recruiters have the power to create opportunities for success for individuals, businesses and the economy. REC champion members’ positive impact on people and their lives.
REC’s leadership team is made up of talent drawn from across the public and private sectors, with a key focus in recruitment and employment.
Jobs transform lives, which is why we’re building the best recruitment market in the world.
Recruitment plays a vital role in shaping and growing the UK labour market, ensuring businesses find the right talent and candidates find the right jobs.
Being a REC member means being among the best.
REC is not a buy off the shelf membership, it requires knowledge and industry passion and an understanding of the legislation that surrounds employment in today’s market.
When an Agency joins the REC they sign up to the Code of Professional Practice (REC Code), which requires basic statutory compliance as well as higher ethical standards.
REC members must pass the REC’s Compliance Test on entry to the REC and then must pass again every two years to retain membership.
If an agency uses the REC logo it means that they have passed the Compliance Test and are required to adhere to the REC Code.
Red Jacket are extremely proud to mention that we passed the Compliance test on our first attempt.
ISO 9001:2015 Accreditation
- ISO 9001:2015 is recognised worldwide as the international benchmark for quality within an organisation.
- By achieving our ISO 9001 certification, The Red Jacket Group is able to reassure both customers and suppliers that the systems put in place all meet the high standards set out by the ISO.
- To gain the ISO 9001 certification, The Red Jacket Group had to demonstrate dedication and commitment to meeting customers' needs, operating efficient management processes and delivering consistent, good quality products and services.
